This is to inform all students and parents that in connection with the official administrative notification regarding the "Har Ghar Tiranga" campaign from the Sub-Divisional Office, Rosera, our school has decided to participate in the upcoming event.

Please note the following important details regarding the schedule and arrangements:

• Date & Time: Tomorrow (12-08-2026) at 10:00 AM.

• Starting Point: Rosera Stadium (Our school bus will drop students at the venue).

• Conclusion Point: Gandhi Chowk (Following the malyarpan / garlanding ceremony, our school bus will receive all students).

• Participating Classes: The school has decided to send senior classes for this event. The rest of the students will have normal classes.

• Participant Selection: The selection of students will be solely decided by the school.

• Staff Supervision: 5 to 6 school staff members will accompany and guide the students throughout the procession.

• Refreshments: Small refreshments at the beginning and end of the ceremony will be arranged by the school.

• Medical / Health Advisory: We request that if any student is medically unfit, parents must provide a written consent letter stating that the student should not participate.
